Mommy & Baby Yoga isn’t just an adorably good time.
As the two of you bond, you’re toning your entire body as baby develops motor skills. While you challenge your core, thighs, arms and shoulders, your baby benefits too. With baby massage, eye contact and cuddles, you both have the opportunity to develop and deepen your beautiful relationship.
Using music and rhymes in conjunction with plenty of yogic movement, fun and stretching, toddler yoga is designed to support the transition from babyhood to more developed forms of self-expression through movement.
***Both these classes are focussed on Mommy performing yoga postures and breathing exercises while holding baby or interacting with baby. Toddlers are encouraged to attempt to perform the poses along with Mom.
